QUILTED PACKAGES: |
Our specialty is supplying a quilted package. In other words, we supply and take responsibility for each and every component in the quilted goods. Our ability to do this is enhanced by the fact that, in most cases, we make all the major components of the quilted package ourselves (piece goods, insulation, needlepunch nonwoven ...).
Typical piece goods on packages include nylon taffetas, nylon ripstops, nylon and polyester tricots, and cotton or poly / cotton healthcare fabrics.

LABOR SERVICES: |
Of course, if you have some sort of specialty fabric that needs to be quilted, we can combine that to any components as well.

COMPONENTS: |
We have the ability to quilt together up to six layers of material.
Insulations include all types of polyester batting (fiberfill), needlepunch nonwoven, polyurethane foam, flame-retardant battings, Thinsulate TM, and Thermolite TM.

TYPES OF QUILTING: |
Lock Stitch - in widths up to 120 inches
Chain Stitch - in widths up to 90 inches

ENGINEERED ROLL LENGTHS: |
All quilted packages are made at maximum roll lengths and are engineered so that no roll contains an insulation or thread splice. This reduces cut outs and therefore ensures the most efficient and highest yielding use of goods during cutting.

QUALITY CONTROL: |
All quilted goods go through a multi-step quality control process. This process includes a visual inspection, mending of any sewing defects, trimming of both edges of the final package and a verification of roll yardage.
The goods are then bar code labeled and packaged in heavy mil polyurethane bags for shipment.
