ADDITIONAL NEEDLEPUNCH CAPACITY:

March 2007 – In an effort to keep up with the growing demand for our products we are adding an additional carding machine on one of our two needlepunch lines.  This additional machine will increase our overall needlepunch capacity by approximately 15%,  bringing our annual needlepunch capacity to just over 10 million pounds.   The machine will be operational by July 1, 2007.

MORE ADDITIONAL NEEDLEPUNCH CAPACITY:

June, 2007 –Even with our recent equipment expansion (above) coming on stream next month, we still find ourselves in need of additional capacity.  Therefore, we have purchased a 5.3 meter wide needlepunch line.  The line will provide us with an additional 8 million pounds of capacity annually.  Now with 3 needlepunch lines we will have a total annual capacity of 18 million pounds.  The new line will be in operation by the first quarter of 2008.

March 24, 2008 – Our third needlepunch line installation is now complete and the line is in full production.

2009 EMPLOYEE SERVICE AWARDS:

We are pleased to announce our long term employee service awards for the current year. We had people reach the following milestones in 2009:

5 Years of continuous employment:    2 people
15 Years of continuous employment:  5 people
20 Years of continuous employment:  4 people
25 Years of continuous employment:  2 people
