ACQUISITION OF QUILTING COMPANY:

January, 2012 - We have acquired Master Stitching Inc. of Brentwood, NY.  Master was originally founded in Brooklyn, NY in 1948 as Master Quilting, Inc.  All of Master’s production will be moved into our Columbia, TN facility.  The transition of production will all be completed by March, 2012.

This acquisition enables us to continue to diversify our customer base within our quilting department and to maintain our position as the leading vertically integrated quilter in North America.

 

2011 EMPLOYEE SERVICE AWARDS:

We are pleased to announce our long term employee service awards for the current year. We had people reach the following milestones in 2011:

5 Years of continuous employment:    2 people

10 Years of continuous employment:  3 people 

15 Years of continuous employment:  4 people

20 Years of continuous employment:  1 people

25 Years of continuous employment:  2 people

30 Years of continuous employment:  1 person
