Needlepunch nonwovens
are formed by a process in which staple fibers are combed
(carded) into a web. The fibers in the web are then
mechanically bonded together, by needles punching through the web, to
form the final product. The result is a low loft / high density
product.

QUALITY
CONTROL: |
All goods go through a
multi-step quality control process that includes a visual inspection
and verification of the product's weight, width and loft. Upon
request, other properties can be tested for such as tensile strength.
The goods are then bar
code labeled and packaged in heavy mil polyurethane bags for shipment.
