BONDED BATTINGS (FIBERFILL)
 |
PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION: |
Bonded battings are formed by a process in
which staple fibers are combed (garnetted) into a web. The fibers in the
web are then chemically bonded together to form the final product. The
result is a high loft / low density product.
We also have the ability to produce highly
densified battings. This accomplished by subjecting the batting to a
compacting process during manufacturing. The result is a high loft product
with high density. This product is commonly used as a foam substitute.
All of our battings can be engineered to
achieve cushioning properties, thermal insulation properties or acoustic
insulation properties.

QUALITY
CONTROL: |
All goods go through a
multi-step quality control process that includes a visual inspection and
verification of resin penetration, resin cure, product weight, width and
loft. These items are all checked against our specification sheets that are set up on each style we run.
The goods are then bar code
labeled and packaged in heavy mil polyurethane bags for shipment.
